Ingredient Notes
This coffee recipe uses just three simple ingredients (plus ice) and it's so easy to make in your home kitchen! You'll be wondering why you were ever paying for the coffee shop version.
Milk - One of the best things about being your own barista is you can use your favorite milk. Love almond milk, oat milk, soy milk, or whole milk? You do you!
Pumpkin Spice Syrup - This is a crucial ingredient to get the Fall flavors. I've used my homemade pumpkin spice syrup, but you can also find pumpkin syrup in grocery stores.
Espresso - It goes without saying that you can't have a coffee drink without coffee. I like to use strong coffee to balance all of the milk, so you'll need two shots of espresso.
How to Make an Iced Pumpkin Spice Latte
You will need a milk frother to make this latte as shown in the photos. If you don't have one, you can just stir the milk and syrup together with a spoon.
STEP 1: Combine the milk and pumpkin spice syrup in a tall glass. Use your milk frother to mix them well.
STEP 2: Add ice cubes and top off with the brewed espresso.
Garnish Suggestions
Top with cold foam
Add a sprinkle of cinnamon or pumpkin pie spice
Top with whipped cream if you're feeling extra!
Expert Tip
Freeze brewed coffee in and ice cube tray and use the coffee ice cubes in your chilled drinks to keep them from getting watered down!
